Hello! My name is Troy, and I am a holistic nutritionist, health coach, and weight management practitioner. With a background as a professional chef, I have worked in kitchens across Australia since I was 14, driven by a passion for good food and cooking.

After years in the culinary world, my health took a toll—I was obese and unwell. Following numerous health struggles and unhelpful advice from "professionals," I decided to take control of my own health. Embracing holistic health principles, I embarked on a journey of self-healing, enrolling at the Primal Health Coach Institute and other nutrition institutes that focus on evidence-based, up-to-date nutrition and health. Shortly after I have studied a bachelor of nutrition and health science.
