• Health and wellness data collected via the UltraLite+ App (weight progress, dietary habits, exercise data, wellness metrics): retained for the duration of your active account, and deleted within 90 days of account closure or a verified deletion request.
• Transaction and order records: retained for 7 years in accordance with Australian financial recordkeeping obligations.
• Marketing preferences and communication logs: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, whichever comes first.

Once the applicable retention period expires, your data is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you.

Data Deletion — Your Right To Erasure

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information and health data held by UltraLite at any time. To submit a deletion request:

• Email us at info@ultralite.com.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including your full name and the email address associated with your account.
• We will verify your identity and confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
• Your data will be deleted or permanently anonymised within 30 days of your verified request, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g., transaction records under Australian tax law).

You may also delete your UltraLite+ App account directly within the app by navigating to My Account → Delete Account. This will initiate the deletion of your health and profile data from our systems.

Please note that deleting your account will remove access to your personalised history and recommendations and cannot be undone.
