After years of managing teams across the retail and Defence space, Adam decided to follow his passion and make the career move into health and wellbeing. Studying Bowen Therapy and Iridology, Adam strives to help others improve their way of life through practical treatments and new awareness of what their body is telling them. With a strong focus on the how and why optimal health in a client hasn’t been maintained, Adam works to identify the root cause and offers treatments to help reset and rebalance the body, essentially enabling it to heal itself. Combining these skills with his Ultra Lite training, Adam provides a holistic approach to weight management along with the tools and knowledge of how best to keep it off.
