With over a decade of experience in health, fitness, and weight management, I’ve dedicated my life to helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health. At 62, I walk the talk, starting each day with movement, mindset, and purpose. Whether it's weight training at dawn, a Pilates session in the afternoon, or a supportive chat about sustainable nutrition (yes, keto works!), I’m fully invested in the journey.

I bring real-life experience, as a former studio owner, Ultra Lite practitioner, and coach who understands the physical and emotional challenges that come with change. My approach is practical, empathetic, and results-driven, supporting women to reclaim their strength, one step at a time.
