Ingredients

Butter

Carrots (chopped)
240 g
Chicken Breast (diced)
40 g
Onions (chopped)
80 g
Pumpkin (chopped)
2 g
Salt and Pepper (to season)

Ultra Lite Chicken Sachet (Or Chicken Stock Cube)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Melt butter in a saucepan or pan. Add chicken for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan/pan (including chicken sachet/stock) and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Pour all ingredients into a casserole dish and stir through water, bake covered for 45mins, checking every 20 minutes to see if more water is needed.
