Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Garlic (crushed)

Nigari Tofu (firm)

Salt and Pepper (to season)

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté spring onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
Mash the tofu, then stir into the pan. Add turmeric powder, cumin, chilli powder and curry powder.
Cook over medium heat, turning frequently until tofu is firm.
