Ham, Tomato and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  1. 15 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  2. 1 tbsp Basil (fresh)
  3. 2 g Black Pepper (cracked)
  4. 1 tsp Coriander (fresh)
  5. 35 g Mushrooms (common, sliced)
  6. 1 tbsp Parsley (fresh)
  7. 60 g Pork (Ham) (shaved)
  8. 60 g Tomato (cut into small wedges)

Instructions

  1. Toss mushrooms and tomatoes in apple cider vinegar.
  2. Cook in non-stick fry pan until tender.
  3. Add herbs and ham to pan and fry until they're heated. Serve and enjoy.
