Turkey Bacon Ranch Quesadilla

Ingredients

  1. 2 slices Bacon (cooked)
  2. 0.33 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  3. 0.75 tbsp Green Chilli (chopped)
  4. 1 large Low Carb Tortilla
  5. 1.50 tbsp Ranch Dressing
  6. 0.75 tbsp Red Onions (chopped)
  7. 0.50 cup Turkey (roasted) (leftover turkey is great)

Instructions

  1. Lay your tortilla out flat and spread ranch over it and top with cheese. Layer turkey, bacon, onion, and green chilli on top.
  2. Add butter or spray oil to a hot pan and add your quesadilla. Cook for 4-5 minutes and flip, cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
