Hi, my name is Claire and I have been an osteopath for 16 years after graduating from Victoria University in 2005 with Masters Health Science (osteopathy). My passion is being able to assist my clients in being their best version of themselves, both physically and mentally via hands on treatment and mindset coaching.
Being able to assist my clients in providing nutritional advise just seemed like the perfect fit and so when I found out about Ultra Lite I jumped at the chance to find out more. Eating a nutritious diet with reduced carbs and adequate protein can not only assist with weight loss it has been shown to help with reducing inflammation in the body.
I am a member of Osteopathy Australia and an AHPRA registered practitioner.
