Ingredients
70 g
Avocado
1 slices
Bacon
25 g
Capsicum
2 whole
Eggs
10 g
Red Onions
2 g
Salt and Pepper (to season)
Instructions
Hard boil both eggs in boiling water for 4-6mins depending on how you like them cooked.
While egg is boiling, cook bacon on a non-stick pan until crispy. Allow to cool slightly, then chop into pieces.
Chop avocado, capsicum, red onion.
Add all ingredients into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
